Understand the browser and working files attached to a chat session.

a place to do the work#
When enabled for your workspace, Puffle can use a computer for browser tasks, working files, and running commands. The Computer pane shows the environment associated with the active chat session.
Availability depends on your workspace. A disabled computer does not mean a file or connection is missing.
returning to a session#
A computer can stop when it is idle. Reopening the viewer may show an idle screen and ask you to wake it. An open viewer does not necessarily keep compute running.
A retained computer can be restored while it remains available. After its retention period, the same chat may receive a clean replacement.
browser expectations#
The browser and computer tools work in the session’s environment. Do not assume it shares the logins from your own browser or that website logins will remain available indefinitely.
