Connect Google Calendar
Inspect calendars and work with events through your Google account.

check availability first#
The Google Workspace MCP connection is in Developer Preview. Setup can require enabling the product API and MCP service, configuring consent and scopes, and creating a Web OAuth client. Availability can depend on Google’s current preview requirements and your organization’s policies.
Puffle’s setup form links to Google’s Workspace MCP setup instructions. Follow the requirements shown there for Google Calendar.
prepare the connection#
- Open Plugins and select Google Calendar.
- Select Connect, then choose personal or workspace scope if offered.
- If Puffle requests an OAuth app, ask a workspace admin to complete the provider setup. Use the callback URL shown in Puffle’s secure form.
- Enter the app credentials in that form, then complete Google sign-in and review the requested access.
- Return to Plugins, refresh if needed, and confirm the connected account.
verify access#
Show my calendar events for tomorrow and identify any overlapping meetings. Do not create or change events.
Confirm that the result comes from the expected account. Access is limited by the connected account, granted provider permissions, and Puffle’s tool rules.
resolve a setup problem#
For a redirect mismatch, compare the provider’s registered callback with the exact value in Puffle. For a blocked or unverified app, ask the app administrator to check consent configuration and preview eligibility. Repeating sign-in cannot fix an unavailable API or missing app setup.
Use the account’s removal control in Plugins to disconnect saved access. Review Google’s account permissions separately to revoke provider access. See Connection troubleshooting for additional help.
