Plugins

Connect the services you work in and decide what Puffle can do with them.

On this page

bring your tools into the conversation#

Open Plugins to find a service and connect an account. Some services use provider sign-in, others need an API key, and some require a workspace admin to configure an OAuth app first.

Start with Connect a plugin. A catalog listing does not mean that a service is already connected or that every account can use it.

connection guides#

The catalog also includes tools for issues, notes, payments, databases, monitoring, research, sales, and publishing. Open Plugins for the current selection and account requirements.

accounts and permissions#

A personal account is tied to the signed-in member. A workspace account is shared within the workspace. Available choices depend on the service.

Read Tool permissions before enabling actions. Connecting an account does not remove the provider’s own access restrictions.

channels are different#

Use Slack or Email channels to talk to Puffle outside the console. For phone availability, see Phone and messaging. A Slack tool connection or Gmail account grants access to a service; it does not automatically install a conversation channel.

For a service outside the catalog, see Custom connections.
