How Puffle works
One agent, your tools, and the context your team builds over time.
On this page
start with a conversation#
Tell Puffle the outcome you want, share the context, and explain any constraints. It can work through a task over multiple steps and use the capabilities available in your workspace. Review important results and correct anything that looks wrong.
give it access to the right tools#
Plugins connect external services. The account you connect and its tool permissions determine the access Puffle can use.
A plugin is a tool Puffle can work with. A channel is a place you can talk to Puffle. For example, searching Slack through a plugin and messaging Puffle in Slack are different connections.
keep context in the right place#
- Chats hold the conversation and its results.
- Wiki and memory hold knowledge Puffle keeps about your workspace.
- Drives hold files, with access based on the drive.
- Computer is the working environment for a particular chat session, when available.
A file in a drive is not automatically added to company memory. Ask Puffle to work with the file when you need it.
turn repeat work into an automation#
Describe a recurring outcome and Puffle can help draft an automation. Review its action and trigger before activating it. Inspect the results in Automations.
Availability depends on your workspace, connections, and current account access. Ask “What can you do in this workspace?” for help understanding your current setup.
